Our office utilizes Demandforce; is an automated communications solution that helps remind parents of upcoming visits, busy office times and after hours appointment requests. We integrate the system directly to your account that will also send text messages to remind you of your appointments and send emails that include upcoming specials and promotions. It is a great feature for today's on the go parents.

It is important to remember the office is most busy during school break times. Please be aware we make every attempt to accommodate days available and try to keep wait times as short as possible.

Yes, the waiting room toys/games are disinfected daily!

We welcome large families, however when scheduling multiple children please understand we need a 24 hour cancellation due to the amount of time reserved for more than one patient. We do adhere to office policy regarding missed appointments. This includes restorative treatment where large amounts of time are blocked from the schedule.

Most checkup appointments are only 30 minutes long. If you are more than 15 minutes late, in most cases, we would not be able to give you the quality care you deserve. Therefore, it will be considered a missed appointment and we will reschedule your appointment.

Providing new insurance information prior to the appointment date is essential in making sure you are seen on time and allow us to have your benefits available for a more accurate quote.
